The Environmental Studies Department, along with the Recycling Committee and local vendors, will educate campus constituents and promote sustainability and “green” practices by having on-site collection services from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 19, in the Library Quad. Items to be collected include electronic waste (LCD monitors, laptops, TVs, radios, mice, keyboards, printers, small kitchen appliances, etc.), ink toner cartridges, clothing and batteries. Printed educational information will be distributed, visual information will be exhibited and free items will be given away.
